Question: The radiator overflow has water/antifreeze coming out. We have has it to the Ford dealer 4 times an

The radiator overflow has water/antifreeze coming out. It makes a hissing noise from the fluid coming out after driving a while. It does not overheat,the temp is normal but the heat is not working. They did a pressure check and thermostat replacement and say they cannot find the problem.
